Bat-Mite is one of Batman’s biggest fansand knows everything about him. Bat-Mite — as Mr. Mxyzptlk occasionally does with Superman — quite literally watches Batman’s adventures from the Fifth Dimension and isn’t limited to just seeing one version of Batman.
