Once you enter the Ash Heap,travel to the small shedthat remains one of the few buildings in the area. From here, there are two doors, one leading outside and the other going down into a series of caves underneath the shed.Take the door on the leftto travel down into the cave, where a Terminal can be accessed that describes the situation in the Vault as"normal."
