Prime Hydration sued by blind man but not for what you’d expect
A blind person has filed a lawsuit against Logan Paul and KSI’s Prime Hydration over accessibility issues due to their vision impairment.
Since its launch in 2022, Prime Hydration has taken over as one of the most popular sports drinks available in the United States.
Logan PaulandKSIhave traveled across the world promoting the beverage and even launched an accompanying energy drink a year after the company’s inception.
Prime has also faced a handful oflawsuits from customersand other competitors over its name andbottle designs, but its latest lawsuit doesn’t involve the actual drink at all.
Prime Hydration sued over website accessibility issues
The latest lawsuitfiled against Prime Hydration on June 17, 2025,by Edery Hererra accuses the influencer-led beverage company of violating The Americans with Disabilities Act.
“Plaintiff brings his civil rights action against PRIME HYDRATION LLC (“Defendant” or “Drink Prime”), for its failure to design, construct, maintain, and operate its interactive website to be fully accessible to and independently usable by Plaintiff and other blind or visually-impaired persons,” reads the complaint.
“Defendant’s denial of full and equal access to its website, and therefore denial of its products and services offered thereby, is a violation of Plaintiff’s rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act.”
The lawsuit goes on to claim that, by failing to make the Prime Hydration website compatible with computer screen reader programs, the company “deprives blind and visually-impaired individuals the benefits of its online goods” and increases the sense of isolation among people who have vision issues.
This isn’t the only lawsuit Herrera has filed recently, however, as they have filed three others in federal courts in the month of March alone. According tolaw office Barclay Damon, they are among a group of people that filed 330 website accessibility lawsuits as of September 2024.

Herrera’s lawsuit against Prime Hydration is the first to be filed against the company since October 2024, whenMessi’s drink company Mark Anthony International sued Prime over “anti-competitive” claims.
